Introducing ChromaGun Community Maps
Hey there, Test Subject!
we're incredibly excited to finally present to you, what you've been asking for: The ChromaGun Community Map Editor! [Applause Sound]
This new mode lets you create your own ChromaGun maps, and share them with the community using Steam Workshop! Axiomatically, you'll be able to play maps other users have created, as well.
THE BEST MAPS WIN
On top of the free update, We're giving out $50 in Steam Credit to the 5 top-rated Community Maps! Easy as 1,2,3:
- Create a Map & Upload it to our Steam Workshop
- Get Rated by the Community
- Win, if your map is among the Top 5
In detail: simply create a map, upload it to our Steam Workshop, and have the community rate it. If your map is among the Top 5 highest-rated maps on May 20, 6pm (CET), you win! Easy peasy.
Of course, you're more than welcome to stream, or record your creative process! If you drop us a short line, we'll try to stop by and cheer you on.
Up for the task? If you've activated automatic updates, you should already have the Community Map Editor. If not, Get the free update on Steam now, and start buildin'!

Community Map Editor Challenge – Terms & Conditions
Within one week after the deadline, 50 USD in Steam credit will be transferred to the winners, as Steam gift. Five unique users will be selected winners, based on the position (in "Top Rated All Time", counted downwards) of their uploads to the ChromaGun Steam Workshop, on May 20 at 6pm (CET). Hence, only one (the highest-rated) entry per user is counted.
In order to be eligible to win, an entry must comply with the following rules:
The map must be completely self-made, and beatable without using bugs, glitches, cheats, or hacks of any kind.
The map must not feature obscenity, racism, sexism, or otherwise insensitive themes, in any way.
The map must contain a reasonable level of challenge for most players, hence not be too simple, nor unreasonably complex.
Using hacks, bots, or other means to artificially increase an entry's ranking, will immediately disqualify the entry upon discovery. Engaging your friends and community to vote, however, is allowed and recommended.
Further, we reserve the right to disqualify entries and/or for the above reasons, and/or otherwise unforeseen reasons.
